Jim is an experienced and highly respected Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Mentor and Change Leader in the Human Service sector.

With a demonstrated history of creative thinking, engaging communities and developing and motivating teams, Jim has lead ground-breaking projects at both Statewide and National levels from concept and design to delivery.

An astute analyst and possibilities thinker, Jim has successfully completed transformative program, system and service level review and re-engineering projects with government, commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

With more than two decades experience at the cutting edge of Human Services, Jim continues to challenge, motivate and inspire individuals, teams and organisations to viably design, develop and deliver creative, individualised quality responses for vulnerable Australians.

Jim is currently a Board member at the Community Resource Unit, Board Secretary at Empower Autism, Board Chair at Fresh Futures Inc., and a co-facilitator of the Redland Disability Network.
